I wanted to try the shawarma that my friend created there. So i placed the order through Talabat.I waited two hours and I called Talabat no one answered me! So I called the shop number. The Tunisian guy who answered the phone was really rude and he was yelling ! And he said that his driver called me 21 times Who give him the right to yell at the customer?And how rude to yell in the phone at a lady ! He reflects the manners of the people who trusted him and put him on charge !
QATAR – Shawarmatime is a typical shawarma spot however has an extremely unique perspective. Every thursday they serve a different type of rare meat such as shark, rabit, rooster and many more! They also have a healthy menu for the weight watchers and calorie coutners out there. My personal favourite was the meat shawarma with ponegranate molasses and rocca leaves. Their dynamite chicken is also a must try!
I have tried this place on different occasions and I really liked what I ordered everytime. They have friendly staff who helped my friend when he forgot his wallet in the office so they let him take the food with him and he came back later to pay for the food. My favorite is Chicken shawarma lite combo with the super healthy grain salad. I would like to go again try the rabbit or the rooster shawarma.
Very bad night drive thru service and disrespectfull no one one give time to folow up the order they don’t care about customer last time i visit the shop for my dinner at night i was bad treated the point that the drive thru guy start to shout on my face what a service ! Very good
Despite the low rating I have decided to give it a try , placed my order through Talabat after few minutes i received a MISSED call still wondering why on earth in a country like Qatar were local calls are almost free people still give u a missed call to call them back , any how I called back and a guy answered saying I am from shawarma time so I asked him why did you missed call me what if I didn’t hear that !! So he hanged up simply hanged up not sure if this is a restaurant or a Joke !!! What a bad service
