I walked in requested beef burger , I ended up having a steak sandwich for some reasons . After I ask for corporate discount as we work for same company “ al mana “ , the meant to be manager “ sherif “ asks for my ID , when I provided it he was trying to tell his staff that I work in different company. As the brand is showing very well al mana brand ! Very unprofessional team and manager and truly disappointed. Another complain I will raise it to the HR manager .
Best cakes tasted in Qatar. They are cheap comparing to other cake brands like cheese cake factory, as well as has never disappointed. Chocolate mouse, red velvet cake and mango mouse are recommended. Can possibly improve service and also increase flavours.

Craved for Dessert after a long shopping day at Mirqab Mall , unfortunately it wasn’t my lucky day at Bateel ,Ordered my favorite Honey cake and it was super dry and not freshly made , so i have to ask for replacement , as well it was the same , ordered Tiramisu , no different luck with dry drops of creme on top , the best was my Cafe latte
Ordered pineapple juice and Thai Green Curry. After 15 minutes waiter approached me and informed me that they do not have any pineapples more. I asked to get a mango juice instead but he declined again. So only option available was orange or melon juice and I ordered the 2nd option. While waiting for the juice curry, they offered a very yummy bread. It took over 25 minutes to get the curry and the restaurant was not busy. The taste wasnt that bad but a bit weird to find broccoli in a green curry.
Victoria cake here is just awesome and chocolate fudge cake will satisfy all your chocolate cravings. Sahlab was good too and coffee is just average. You LL always find parking and ambience is nyc. Staff is good and friendly.
