Myself Peter. Ordered their fish sadya meals today for lunch. All my dried/faded out taste buds came back to life.Out of the world preparation served on the Banana leaf.Thanking Ustad kitchen team for this sumptuous soul-filling serving.Varieties of fish, crab, prawns all at a very economical price of 21Qr. I bet no hotels around might even be in the competition.I personally do suggest to all out there to try their Fish Sadya meals once.I sensed Homecoming.You all too would.
I tried Ela sadhya Fish meals. very tasty especially manga curry and kottayam style fish curry. But rise not boiled well. also regarding the delivery, delayed 1.5hrs (may b becoz of Friday) but it’s all cooked food so they can deliver fast. tried dum biriyani also, taste Ok I will give 3 out of 5. good quantity.
Tried this place for a takeaway on a Friday afternoon. Had the famous fish meals/sadya and chicken biryani. The place was jam packed so we had to wait a bit to get our food.Even for the take away they give the banana leaf on which you can have the sadya. Coming to the food there are many varieties of curry all of which was sea food.The concept is good and something new in Doha, but they need to work on the taste and quality. We found the fish pollichathu to be too hard and rubbery. Also the crab curry was lacking any decent pieces. The chicken Biryani was good, typical Kerala style biryani.The place is good for trying out the fish sadya once.
