The worst of worst service. Never came across such a bad service in UAE. The staff was very stubborn and extremely rude to an extent that they had the audacity to hang up the phone on customer’s face. They absolutely refused to pick up the call after i made an attempt to return the car but could not because of the reduced weekend working hrs. Finally when i went to return the car on a weekday skipping office at 9, their staff only arrived at 10 (Despite of their working hrs being 9 am to 5 pm). So i was trying to return the car from morning to 10:30 and finally was able to do so only at 11:30 am!But the real problem is the staff, who is not affected by any negative feedback and does not care for the business what so ever. They should just close the shop honestly, because they don’t care.
