I ordered a mixed grill from Ramada Encore at the QIFF18 which was already expensive. The item i received did not match mu expectations. 3 items and 3 sticks in total. The falvour was not as expected. Just basic. It was not well prepared. Hard to chew.
On New Year’s Eve all I wanted was a quiet place with good food. When we entered the place was quiet (empty) and there was just one lady at the desk for service.. we had to wait for about 10 mins before we could order our food since there were no waiters or anyone in the restaurant, it got quiet frustrating .. finally after the lady of service arrived I informed her of my order which was a pasta I could create with different ingredients. I had order for an Alfredo pasta with herbs and prawns !! What I received was white sauce and pasta with no herbs or prawns. When I questioned the concerned lady she said we serve with chicken, there was no chicken either! She came back with a plate of simple prawns which didn’t even have salt (as you can see in the pic) !! Irrespective of this my husband had also ordered for a starter of calamari which never came!! We jus cancelled that particular order. The only 1 good thing done was she didn’t charge me for the pasta. The water melon juice was simply awful and in a small glass!!!!!!!!Never returning !!!
