The newly opened Mandarin Oriental hotel is offering a grand Ramadan Tent. It has an excellent setting with a wide array of food. It was sad to see an almost empty tent on Thursday night with possibly more staff than guests.The spread is wide and offers a variety of cuisine. But nothing really stands out, with a lot of the food items just serving decorative purposes. The most annoying part was the constant push by the staff to order beverages from the menu at additional charges.There are no smoking areas around the Tent, which could be a downer for a lot of people as well.
