It was my first time to tawabel and I cannot say I was impressed. The food was not so good and it did not remind me whatsoever of lebanese food. Highly unrecommended for people that love the lebanese taste.
Tawabel is a decent place if you want an Arabic family dining restaurant, since it is the only one in this area. However, their cuisine is far from Lebanese; they serve more of Arabic infusion. It is on the pricy side, which was a put off for us.
Excellent breakfast in general, but today the offer breakfast for two for 69QR blew our minds because it’s good quality, big portions, and very taste food
Love the karak tea !!
I liked the ambiance of the restaurant, it look like a typical Lebanese restaurant. It was very calm and staff was friendly. The food was also really good, with special presentation. I wish we could have typical mint tea instead of served in a glass. It was a nice experience but I believe you can find the same quality for cheaper few street away. Thanks to Tawabel Restaurant for the custard cream and basboussa
The location is nice, stuff are friendly, but the food is below average especially with high price, five falafel with some pickles for 25!! The Msakhan was oily and not worth the price of 52!! I wouldn’t recommend it as there is nothing special in the menu that worth me to remember to go there again.
The staff are amazing but the food is really below standard. Food is served Very oily and not even fresh. Chicken not well cooked at all and taste raw. I did not enjoy my experience and left immediate without eating.
