Frustrating experience from Hardees Qatar. Have ordered a Mushroom Monster Angus, low carb on phone, but ended up receiving a normal low carb single patty thin burger. Call center agents are useless. They don’t know what their restaurant serves. After all those efforts you take to convince them that there is something called low carb in your restaurant menu, still they end up sending wrong item. Spoiled my lunch. It’s really sad to see that Hardess like multinational restaurant chains are not recruiting capable staff and giving them proper induction. #Latest_experience #1_hour_back

Ordered food but wanted to add more food to the order. Tried to call but wrong number on zomato so zomato had to contact them and they said they would call me but they didn’t.Once my food arrived 15 mins after it was meant to arrive it was cold which is a shame as I heard good things about here. So food got binned and I went to Burger King
Good as always. I really love their mushroom n swiss burger paired with the curly fries. A simple but filling meal. This has been my comfort food for years, and I love how the taste never changes.
