The shawarmas at Petra are one of a kind. Yumm with the fewest of ingredients and the pita is very soft. Love the different serving style as well. Next in list on our orders are the falafel and grilled chicken. I would prefer more/ better sides with the grilled chicken, though.
It’s iconic place and still hasn’t changed to this day. I still can’t believe that it’s the same cashier who was there all those years ago. The food is classic. Try it you won’t regret it. I recommend the Felafel and chicken shawarma.
Their shawarma is very filling and very delicious.. the right dish to kill our hunger pangs. I couldn’t bring myself to order anything else other than this. So yeah.. do try everyone who loves chicken shawarma!!
Petra is well known for their pitas; soft and fluffy. This place has nice shawarmas and falafels. Tahini makes it even more delicious. Right amount of stuffing creates an explosion on every bite. Recommended.
Definitely the best falafel sandwich in town. Crispy yet moist enough with a good balance of hummus and tahini. I usually ask them to add chilly paste too. Can have these for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
