Good food and good home delivery service
Horrible experience, ordered breakfast (veg curry) they were claiming that they will provide fresh vegetable curries for breakfast, but provided us with spoiled veg korma. Veg-korma tasted like rotten egg and when we complained about they still claimed that curry was fresh. According to my experience, they barely have the quality to have even one star.Not advisable.
I tried there breakfast & ordered Chana Masala with poori .The Taste of chana masala carries only 1 star & it was fully cold .Poori was fried fresh .Later ordered single Kerala parotha .Even Parotha was totally cold .Worst place for customer service .Even complained about the cold item served .They don’t want to accept mistake on their part including the kitchen staff & the cashier .No regret at all .Even trying to set example of others to hide their poor quality & services .Just opposite to them THE CHEF is there .It serves everything hot & fresh .Taste ,quality all carries 4 star plus .Bravo don’t carry any respect & excuse towards the customer .Specially the cashier trying to start a fresh argument like their fresh food as explained .Totaly unsatisfactory food outlet .That’s why it carries less than 3 rating on Zomato .Here nothing’s attracts,not the food & neither the ambience & behaviour .Thanks for Ur terrible services.
I ordered 15 no wheat porotta for take away. Costumer service man given 15 no normal poratta. I asked & confirmed 2 times , whether it’s wheat poratta or not, Then I paid 30 riyal .After coming to home ,I found that it was normal poratta. This is the second time I’m facing same issue. Poor coordination and management. Also poratta was average.
Another South Indian restaurants in the Matar Qadeem area. This restaurant provides home delivery. Food is not that great. But biriyani is ok. We only order biriyani from Royal Bravo as it is very cheap. But once they had also delivered stale food which they returned on complaint. Overall an average restaurant.
Had poori baji, 3 poori size equal to small papad and baji small cup , all together 7 riyal, cutting customer neck, Bravo Management should visit other restaurants in the town having more standard than urs, those are charging lesser price with good quantity also, your Customer service also too bad,
This is located towards the end of Mathar Qadeem street opposite to PAPA JOHNS.Its a good restaurant with a good ambience and cleanliness.Ambience – 3/5Food – 3/5Value for Money – 4/5Cleanliness – 3/5It has Family space available on 1st floor.
