Well the site is not having minus five star rating (-5*). I had a huge fight with the staff that thier sponser has to come. The staff is very lazy and arrogant. First they came to take my order after calling them for more then 30 minz. Then got my sheesha and the staff said u have to order more things not just sheesha. Before going in i had crave to try different foods but due to his behaviour of force selling i said no.Then the guy went off abusing. I just let it go thinking he might had a bad day thats why ,Then they were not refilling coal for my sheesha saying order juice or tea so we will give u coal.I went to the cashier to pay and leave and i just explained what i have experienced so all of them joined in and started fighting.Staff mahboob and there was a short waiteress who had really good bad mouthing skills were just abusing.Even other customers then tried to stop the fight saying that the staff is really lazy and arrogant with everyone.Well the sponser was called up because they were pushing me and taping my shoulder just to start a fight. The sponser took over the situation and said i m just the sponser but the sheesha is managed by someone else.One of the staff Even said that the owner tells us not to serve people who dosnt give big orders.I went there to sit and relax after having my lunch.How can i order something which i cant eat.And whats the logoc here its a sheesha place not a type of resturant which i eat healthy and hygienic food.I dont understand why do people give them ratings.I have been to liyali many times but this is my last time.

I was just there to enjoy a quiet time with a 2 friends and I’m the only smoker. My friends ordered some water and Pepsi but they asked my friends to order sheeshas too. This is really sad.
shisha is ok , Before it was my favorite bt because of the staff i stopped going there , there is one Boy there his name is Raju he is very bad he is always reserving the tables by placing water bottles on the tables for his Nepali friends , sometimes he is reserving the tables for more than 2 hours ,the management should control these boys otherwise they will destroy the image of the Cafe
Sheesha is just OK. BELOW AVERAGE. Doesn’t lasts for long! Food and drinks are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!.Service can be bad at times, specially on weekends. No issues for parking as plenty of parking behind al watan mall.Nice decor and seating area.They have terrace seating as well.
Horrible customer service. Sheesha is better than other places but waiter will never listen to you. I am waiting for 20 minutes now and no waiter is interested in taking my order.If you want to have a good experience, don’t come to this place as I will never be coming back again either.
Very bad service, most of the time waiters don’t answer you and you will never get your order, they have to improve it since the place itself is great
Their staff will make you suffer, you’ll hate the day u was born in and you’ll cry blood, they would totally ignore u for as long as they please, they have an attitude when they’re talking with u, I hated it..
