The best place in Doha to have Indian street food, specifically Bombay style street food. I have been to this countless number of times and the experience has been very good most of the times with few exceptions when they let down a bit on food and service. But I have given chances as there and offering is good. The ambiance is pretty nice with the walls reminding you of Bombay. The service has got better with time but not something to rave about. The menu is vast and has a good number of options. The specialize in eggs and most of the egg dishes are good but they have a different taste due to the usage of ginger in their egg dishes and I guess coconut too. The stand outs are the Masala Omlette, boiled egg tikka, egg ghotala. The missal pav is however their star item as they serve a proper misal which you don’t get good in other places in Doha. The pav is the best available in Qatar. The kheema pav is very good too and so is their indo-chinese options. The chats are pretty average I would say. The desserts here are underrated and must be tried. The best Rabdi and Kulfi you could fine in Doha. They serve Gola too. Only problem is they sometime seems to lose focus and don’t try to improve were they can even after giving feedback. The prices are slightly higher I would say for the product offered and they have infact increased their prices already 2-3 times since opening, which is not fair. Portion size is decent. They really can do even better if the owners focus on this place and work on certain things.Ambaince – 4/5Service – 2.5/5Food Quality/Presentation – 4/5Taste – 4.5/5Portion Size – 3.5/5Value for Money – 3/5
Loved the place and whatever I ate. Big fan of the wada pav and the Missal Pav..Still so many things to try but definitely will go back for more.Service was with a smile. Our server was really polite and patient.Ambience is trendy. Like the concept and the Aamchi Mumbai feel that is echoing through and through.
A very good option for mumbai guys. I have tried almost everything from their menu. Baida roti was average. Chicken triple schezwan was good the first time and average the second time. Their omelette dishes contains some unique spices which i am not a fan of but i simply love their Misal Pav, Cheese Pav Bhaji and Cutting Chai. Seating is good. Menu is pocket friendly. Parking is available at the basement. Service crew is good.
