An hidden gem in Doha.Sadly the place is not popular and the restaurant was empty when I came for dinner that day (Saturday evening).I was impressed with the food served, lightly fried calamari with a passion fruit mayonnaise (very good) and well cooked piece of meat.I will definitely try it again.bonus 1 : the restaurant donates some of their to charity.bonus 2 : the restaurant offers a nice view on Doha / West Bay.
The hotel is hidden in Al Ghanim and has a spectacular view from the restaurant. All profits go to charity that makes the visit all the more worth. The meal was perfect. The carrot ginger soupn was perfect . Not to heavy not too creamy . Salmon with pesto rissoto was beautiful.The presentation was in an elevation style with prawns squid and the salmon that sat regally at the top .Taufiq was our server from Morocco and he was such a pleasure. He recommended some dishes for our meal next time and he also shared some popular ingredients that come from Morocco.I have been very happy with this experience.
