I’m no stranger to Chef Gina’s culinary skills as I had the pleasure to dine and review her food previously during her stint in a hotel in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and she had wowed me then so when I went to Dusit Thani recently as a pre-birthday treat from my son and myself I knew I was in good hands for the expert and her team is cooking for us :). We had the 3 flavoured seabass, tomyum soup that was completely different then what I have tasted my entire life and you can taste the hand pounded spices, my mum loved it. The chicken with cashew dish was also really good paired with rice. I didn’t have room for desert. Maybe next time. Overall, it was a high-end Thai fine dining experience under Chef Gina.
