Thanks for the invite from Chef Abhi, that I could savour the taste of a fine dine Italian Restaurant with good food and elegant place. A great place & the area is full of elegance and highly sophisticated. You can find mostly locals dining in evenings. Possibly tailored to suit the local taste as well menu is arranged in a tablet, which was a good idea because we can see the images of the food and get a clear idea about what we gonna order.Everything is delicious and tasty from salads, pizzas, pastas, risottos to desserts. Starting from the service to the authenticity of the meals I had, it was all superb. All the dishes tasted good and the portion were generous, tender and tasty. The decoration is so creative and modern at the same time. They have too many options to choose from in their menu.As the invite was from Chef, I asked him to select menu for both of us. For starter it was Garlic cheese bread & Casa Caesar Chicken Salad. For main coarse the chef ordered Pollo Parmigiana, Dolcezza Shrimp (Spanish),Pollo piccante (Spanish) & Shrimp risotto with Red Ruby mocktail. Start by dipping the Garlic cheese bread in the house brand salad dressing that is conveniently on the table and go from there. You cannot go wrong, come for lunch and plan on skipping dinner because you’ll just be too full. The large portions are individually made, and full of best Italian flavors and sauces you will find.Highly recommended for those who carved for authentic Italian cuisine.
One of the best restaurants i ever tasted, the architecture was amazing so is the food. I ordered Burrata Pizza, The Pocket Pasta, Oregano Fries, Aubergine Casserole and Dolcezza. They were all incredible i absolutely loved it they were all so delicious and i definitely recommend it.
This place has always intrigued me because of their cool decor. So a couple friends and I went for dinner one day. We ordered the Manzo pizza because it seemed interesting as well as the Porto Bella, and A La Gamberoni. I absolutely LOVED the shrimp dish but the pizza was very dry and disappointing. The porto bella was decent if not a bit too greasy. Overall, I’d go back for the shrimps and not much else.
Rediculusly expensive for a portion that would not fill even a child’s stomach. 48 + 10 QR for what is equal to a pack of Indomie..I suggest the management take this feedback into consideration.
This place is located on the second floor inside gulf mall. It has a nice atmosphere and decoration. Tried casserole potata (homemade chips covered on top with their special sauce and melted cheese) which is really delicious, pollo pazo (deep fried chicken tenders with side special sauce), the pocket pasta (mix sauce pasta with chicken) it is their signature pasta and one of the best in Doha, and berry colada which was refreshing.
Authentic Italian restaurant i visited it once i 9rdered i ordered risotto it was good experiemce with restaurant but the only bad point the lights were to low which makes read8ng menu harder
To start with the ambiance,it was pretty cool, the upside down concept was quiet a thing ! The staff was friendly so as our server ! Ordered: Berry Colada: It was refreshing but very very sour for my taste!-Pollo Lino: Basically chicken breast cut into small cubes with fried potato chips and some yogurt kind of sauce, i personally didn’t liked it much as it was few pieces of chicken only and all i could eat was that fried potato sticks, it was fine but not worth the price ! -Piccanto: Layers of puff pastry with chicken filling with white sauce, felt similar to the chicken in pollo lino, the pastry was quiet hard and chewy the chicken filling was fine more on the sour side, didn’t liked it much !-Rigatoni Siracha: Rigatoni pasta in white sauce with chicken and veggies, it was fine, the sauce was quiet sweet for my liking !-Balsamico Scallopini: Chicken breast coated and deep fried with sautéed veggies on the side, it was fine, veggies were quiet nice !-Parmigiana: Chicken breast topped with aubergine and covered with melted cheese with pink sauce & pink pasta on the side, it was nice the chicken breast had flavor, aubergine was very soft, it was nice !-Mud Brownie: It was delicious, at first i thought the tart would be quiet hard as mostly it is in much restaurants, but it was very soft with chocolate filling & topped with vanilla ice cream, the ice cream was bland though, just the down part for me was that the ice cream was cold of course but so was the tart and the sauce, it didn’t made it any tempting, if the tart and sauce was warm paired with the cold ice cream, it would have been heavenly !-The lotus: Baked cheesecake with lotus crumbs and lotus sauce, it was delicious the lotus sauce went amazing with the bland but airy cheesecake, the top layer of the cheesecake was crispy delicious but again the down part was that the cheesecake was cold so the sauce should have been warm, it would have been delicious !-Over all everything felt average to me, the prices are high, just the desserts were good, they would have been amazing if it was a warm and cold combination !
