I really like the kinder French toast. BUT, the chairs looks awful, sorry but it was really dirty. Management has to take care of that because it doesn’t reflect the beautiful Decoration of the cafe. Overall, food taste, atmosphere and staff were amazing.

I went there for breakfast and I had the croissant egg Benedict and it tasted really good. The service was also great in which they attended into every single need with a amazing attitude.

Wednesday morning breakfast at cafe coco. With many an option in DFC we decided to opt for a venue we have never been to and boy was I impressed – so much so the score warranted 5 stars! I opted for an eggs benedict with avocado and mushroom, garnished with rocket. The ehh was runny and the hollandaise was perfection. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and the avocado was just ripe. All this was stacked neatly on a freshly baked bun. The juice was freshly squeezed and the coffee packed a punch. My wife’s spicy egg benedict was even more special – I loved the delicate taste of wasabi and the egg served on a freshly baked croissant. The excellent food coupled with the quick and courteous service means that I have a new favourite at DFC for breakfast – I’ll be back to try their lunch offerings and desert. Keep up the super work guys!

I absolutely love their sweet treats here, with the Tropizienne being my all time favourite! Try it for yourself! We decided to try their breakfast and we were not disappointed. If you are an eggs benedict kind of guy/girl, then try theirs. They have a couple on the menu and both have a twist. Yummy! We ordered: Avocado & mushroom benedict, cheese omelette, Italian style eggs benedict, Mediterranean omelette and fried halloumi & za’atar sliders.

Very beautiful place. I really like their chairs. Very cozy! I had coffee, Nutella brioche and twisted snickers..I really liked the brioche. twisted snickers did not really meet up to my expectations. The pricing is a tad bit on the higher side.. service was good but would be nice if improved a little more.

Had visited the place twice. The first time I went was for breakfast and the experience was very good. Tried their almond croissant and Mediterranean Omlette and both were amazing. The almond croissant was too good. Service was very good and the server Charif I guess was very friendly and helpful. The manager also was attentive and check backed regularly. The croissant took a bit extra time to serve but the restaurant was very busy at that time and I came to know they bake their croissants fresh, so was understandable. The 2nd visit was a bit of a mix bag when I went in with some friends. Firstly we were denied seating in the inside area as I wanted to take one of the empty couches but the server told us that its only for families as we were only guys. Sorry, but that’s not fair being a high end casual dining restaurant in a mall like DFC were all kind of people and gender mix around. Wanted to speak to a manager but didn’t see any around. Coming to the food we ordered the Italian style eggs benedict, cinnamon French toast, Chocolate lovers pancake, Bolognese fries and Almond croissant again as I loved it. The benedict was very nice and especially the marinara sauce in it was very tasty. The Bolognese fries was another dish which we liked. Was a good mix and heavy. The chocolate pancakes were just okay, it only tasted good when had with the Nutella sauce, otherwise the pancakes were just plain bland. The cinnamon French toast was a let down. I like French toast and thought to try this as it sounded different, but it was nothing like a French toast. Just plain croissants with some cream on the side. The ambiance is nice and like their pastry display at the entrance. Service at the 2nd visit was just ok, as the lady server didn’t had any enthusiasm and less attentiveness. Portion Sizes are decent and prices are on the higher side. If not for the 2nd visit, the rating would have been higher.Ambiance – 4/5Service – 3/5Product Quality/Presentation – 4.5/5Taste – 3.5/5Portion Size – 3.5/5Value for money – 3.5/5
