Three is a magical figure. We can find it in most cultures as the symbol of the union of two parts in a unique whole. Speaking of gastronomy, we tried to bring influences from two temporal directions - the old gastronomy and the modern culinary direction - and to unite them into a whole. [t]REI is somewhere in the middle, anchored between the two dimensions. We try to bring back the long-forgotten dishes, and at the same time maintain the new direction towards which gastronomy is heading. Geographically speaking, between Romania and the rest of the world, we try to position ourselves, [t]REI, uniting old Romanian dishes with forgotten or little publicized world preparations.
