We went here for a late evening tea and were served with a perfect tea and tasty pies, despite closing hours being rather close. A wonderful, quiet place, where you can find a lot of tasty teas, good home-made cakes and nice people.
I will recommend a stop by to have a cup of tea and some sweet bites. A great place to relax, chat or read a nice book while in Bucharest. Very friendly staff and good prices

Quaint teahouse in a historic building make this a great place for a stop in for tea or coffee. While not a restaurant, they do have cakes, etc to go along with your tea or coffee.
They have a few tables on the front porch. This is the place I like, in early autumn, or mid-spring, when the weather is not so hot. They offer a good selection of tea, coffee (I did not try), and some cakes.
