The atmosphere at Carrousel is very cosy, and the terrace is very popular during summer. The food is very good and also the service in general but not when the restaurant is crowded !
It was a great way to start our Romanian visit. The food was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. The location was pleasant and the wine was divine.
We had a great party – our 40+ guests have been wowed by the food and drinks! Great time, perfect atmosphere, drinks pouring out and FUN all around! Live music always a plus!
