In our open kitchen in a wood-burning stove, we prepare Russian dishes, the traditions of which our brand chef Alexander Zozulya has preserved and embodied in a modern reading. We treat our guests with fresh flavored bread and pies from the oven, a meat hodgepodge with wild garlic and Ob's pike perch with new potatoes, home-made food made from the best products of our native land.
