Meat restaurant "Skotina" opened in October 2013 and is the only restaurant in Russia that is engaged in cattle breeding, its fattening, slaughter, cooking. For cooking, we use only 100% organic meat and use all parts of the cattle carcass, not just premium ones. Meat restaurant "Skotina" - is a local restaurant. 95% of all products are produced or grown in the Krasnodar Territory. The restaurant has its own meat workshop + meat curing chamber. KUBAN MEAT In our restaurant, all our dishes are made from local Kuban meat! The quality of meat and cooked dishes is not determined by soft or not soft meat. FROM HORNS TO LEGS In our recipes, we use every part of the carcass. We believe that delicious meat is not only steak from premium cuts. We encourage you to use every part.
