On our recent visit to Krasnoyarsk, we were lucky to eat in some top restaurants.The Bulgakov restaurant was excellent. Service, ambience, staff were very friendly and efficient.Menu choices were extensive and reasonable prices.Very high quality restaurant.
Been here twice and enjoyed it every time. Very tasty traditional Siberian dishes, derived from old recipes – choke cherry pie, baked northern fish from the Enisey River, etc. Highly recommend this place
