Welcome to the cafe of Buryat cuisine! Buryats are Mongolian people living on the shores of Baikal. Like all the Mongols, they bred cattle. Their lives and traditions have long been dictated by the harsh conditions of the steppe. Serious resource constraints (before the arrival of the Russians, the Buryats were not engaged in the collection and tillage) dictated their own rules of management.
