Bakery&Cafe "Russian Kalach" based its menu on russian traditional bread Kalach (bread with handle). This bread has been baked in Russia for almost 300 years until the beginning of 20th century. We restored the recipe of Kalach and serve the bread with all kind of stuffings. We bake also rye, wheat, buckwheat breads in front of the customers, serve hot and cold soups, sandwiches and hot meals, coffee and tea.
