Smart Coffee is a roastery and coffee shop owned by 4 times Russian barista Champion Olga Melik-Karakozova and World Coffee in Good Spirits Champion Anna Serova. They are usually working behind the bar themselves. There are week end tours of the facility with cuppings. Damn fine and fresh specialty coffee!
