Texas BBQ restaurant. The Texas smoker is the heart of the Brisket BBQ restaurant, it is installed in a large open kitchen, which allows to watch the process of cooking meat. We use Black Angus beef. We use only two spices - salt and pepper. We prepare every think by ourselves: bourbon marinated cucumbers, sausages, sauces and bread. We smoke our beef for whole night by SLOW&LOW PROCESS to serve high quality food for entire day.
