The restaurant "CDL"is inextricably linked with the Central house of writers. The count and Countess Olsufieva possession of the mansion on Povarskaya street until 1917, was hospitable hosts. Grandiose receptions for the capital's nobility, famous Moscow poets, writers and musicians were held in a large, exquisitely decorated house. There were celebrations in honor of the coronation of Nicholas II, the Royal dinner, which was attended by members of the Romanov family. After the revolution, when the mansion belonged to the Union of writers, there was a dining room for the Union members and their families, and later in the main halls opened a restaurant that exists to this day and is one of the best restaurants in Moscow. For such an eventful era guests of the restaurant were Indira Gandhi, Ronald Reagan, Gina Lollobrigida and many other famous politicians, actors, writers...Details
