Butchery is a young project of Molly Gwynn's and John Bull Pub founders with its own meat concept. Particular attention should be paid to open grill, steaks served on a brazier, meat salads and soups for which chef Aleksei Kosygin and brand-chef Alexander Marchenko are responsible. A spacious hall of the restaurant divided by bookcases and hedgegrows creates the unique atmosphere one isn't eager to leave till the closing time.
