Christian Lorenzini opened his own restaurant which he dreamed about for a long time since he was working in his father's restaurant in Tuscany and craved for independence and freedom. Christian is very similar to its owner: it's an informal, lovely, chilly place with an open kitchen, open mind and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant shows traditional tastes of native Christians region Tuscany, but with the author's approach the oldest home recipes of several generations of Lorenzinis family, presented in a fun creative way! In Christian I cook my familys and friends favorite dishes! Guests can also order their favorite dishes that are not on the menu, for example, a goat or a goose according to their familys recipe; although they will need to let us know in advance so I personally can go to the market and choose the best products. I want every guest to become a friend and stand with me at our open kitchen to cook his own dish.
