About
Kutuzovskiy 5 is a new project from White Rabbit Family and Restaurant Syndicate. 300 years of Russian cuisine in one menu - Kutuzovskiy 5 presents the history of Russia's gastronomic enlightenment. Recipes from culinary books of the 18th and 19th centuries have been reworked with a modern twist. Revel' porridge and tel'noye, soaked pineapples "Muranovskie" and "posikunchiki" pies, duck kalia and veal ribs "ushnoye" - the team of brand-chef Vladimir Mukhin and chef Artem Losev is cooking long forgotten dishes, using modern ingredients and contemporary technology. Even the bar menu is made with a Russian emphasis. Famous bartender Roman Milostivy, a frequent nominee of The World's 50 Best Bars rating, introduces a new worldwide trend - cocktails from Russian ingredients. Each of the restaurant's two rooms has its own mood. The first is bright and spacious, with panoramic views of the Kutuzovskiy Avenue and a bar. The second is an evening chamber with a fireplace. An outdoor terrace with a summer bar is open until late autumn. Parking space has been set up at the exit from Kutuzovskiy Avenue to the waterfront.
