Every day sincere restaurant with a convenient location on one of the iconic highways of Moscow. The chef is Denis Gorbachev. In the menu Denis combined European and pan-Asian traditions and tastes. Here, both well-known dishes (without reference to the geography of origin) in the classic version, and the original authors adaptation. Among the popular positions in the menu is a salad with white sea smelt, grilled avocados and hazelnut sauce, black pasta with salmon, creamy sauce and red caviar, pastrami-sandwich with marbled beef brisket (meat for which is pickled for 9 days).
