Expect different cooking methods from baking to smoking and two projects in one: a loud and noisy daily zone specializing in street food and a main seating one. The first one serves the earliest breakfast in the area ( at 8 am ) and stuffed pitas and waffles during lunch time. The main attraction of the second zone is an open grill 5 metres long: almost each dish is cooked over an open fire.
