Wine bar "Number 15" is a new (NOT) ambitious restaurant project, opened several months ago in the historical center of Moscow in Sretenka, 15. Spiritual progenitors and owners of the wine bar are well-known Moscow sommelier Vyacheslav Balyuk and restaurateur Alexander Gavrilov, who have rich experience in launching and managing a number of successful wine projects that function to this day and occupy the top positions of restaurant portals.
