Aromi la Bottega - a true Italian corner in a quiet side street in the vicinity of Ostozhenka.The first floor of the restaurant is designed in classic style, with soothing tones of beige. As planned by the designers the second floor was decorated in art deco style, thus giving it solemn look for family celebrations and parties.Pietro Rongoni, chef of the restaurant, is one of the first Italian chefs who has moved to Russia over 10 years ago and has achieved tremendous success in promoting Italian cuisine in Russia. For several years he headed the Guild of Italian chefs in Russia.In his restaurant, Pietro prepares Italian dishes born many centuries ago, according to traditional recipes made exclusively out of Italian products.The menu in Aromi La Bottega represents all areas of the cuisine of the Apennine "Boot" from the northern outskirts of Milan to the south of Sicily.Pietro prepared for his guests more than 30 varieties of pastas and risottos, and at least a dozen types of real Italian pizza.
