About

The best description of "NABI" is “handmade.” On his travels across Asia, the owner of "Restaurant Syndicate", Kirill Gusev, gathered a whole collection of furniture and accessories for his future restaurant. Asia’s ancient culture is diverse, and its artefacts make for thought-provoking surroundings. "NABI’s" interior combines handmade objects by South East Asian masters with the high-tech accoutrements that have become essential parts of our 21st-century lives. We use a range of different materials – bronze, wood, crocodile skin, sheer and velvet fabrics - and statues of Hindu gods from the island of Bali stand next to nearly every table. The restaurant has two rooms. One is light and open, with panoramic windows, and the other is softer, with muted lighting. During the warmer months, there's a summer veranda reminiscent of a typical Asian house. "NABI's" fusion menu is a testament to the creativity and improvisational skills of our Russian and Chinese chefs and features the cuisines of almost every Asian nation: China, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia
