"Tretyakov brothers" - a classic restaurant serving modern Russian cuisine. We are located in the heart of Moscow on the territory of the Tretyakov gallery in cosy house, belonging to the Tretyakov mansion, built in 1839. The chef of the restaurant Ludmila Ershova finds the balance between traditional Russian cuisine and contemporary culinary trends. At the forefront it puts the taste of food, quality of ingredients, as well as new and modern interpretation of classic recipes. In the menu you will find popular and world famous dishes such as Borscht with pampushkas, Russian pancakes with caviar, pelmeni and vareniki, and dishes by our chef, for example: soup-puree of lentils in the loaf of Borodinsky bread (280 rubles), salad olivye with quail and caviar (490 rubles), pancakes with salmon sauce confit and grilled vegetables (540 rubles). The interior of restaurant is executed in style of a noble estate, with a predominance of white, gold and blue. Native Russian subjects seen in the patterns on the walls and high vaulted ceilings.
