A panoramic view of Moscow to 4 sides of the world opens from the 89th floor of the Federation Tower. The kitchen is also breathtaking and for the first time in the capital offers buffalo meat, whose texture is softer and taste is brighter than that of classic beef. The kosher product became available to the sophisticated Moscow public thanks to its own farm, which specially grows buffaloes on the Ella farm in the village of Klusovo, Rogachev district.
