The flagship restaurant project of the Azbuka Vkusa supermarket chain, the Finch wine restaurant, opened in the Federation Tower Moscow-City.Gastronomic part of The Finch is supervised by the famous Italian Alessio Gini. In the menu, he adheres to the direction of the wine kitchen with a culinary emphasis on Italy. To a glass of white or red there are classic snacks: cheeses, cold cuts, pies, ceviche, tartar, oysters. Most of the products for the restaurant are supplied by the Azbuka Vkusa own brand - Our farm. The wine history of the restaurant is represented by an impressive assortment of the ABC of Taste Enoteca located nearby. Here the flagship restaurant continues the tradition of AV Bistro, where wines on the menu are presented at the price of the shelf as well.
