The interior of the restaurant boasts exposed brickwork and elements of the Soviet symbolism. The main hall has a splendid colonnade and you can enjoy the view from panoramic windows in the two adjacent halls. There are on the fancy menu: farm rabbit liver pate with caramelized apricot jam and croutons; risotto with pumpkin and blue cheese, cedar nuts and honey.
