Cameo means appearance of a famous person playing no character, but him or herself, in a work of the performing arts. In the restaurant Cameo it is the role of the chef he blurs the boundaries between the guests and himself. No hostess, no waiters just a small room with an open kitchen ready to welcome no more than 25 people. The chef invents, creates, cooks, serves and communicates with the guests as if he invited them home for dinner. The core of the menu relies on the sophisticated mix oftenderly processed seasonal products. Seasons alter and so does the offer. 90%of the ingredients are Russian: 10% go to the products that cannot be found in Russia or when their quality here leaves much to be desired. In our conceptual wine list there is something for every palate. The barman and the chef, working in team, create cocktails.
