The SAPIENS est kitchen & bar opened its doors in Pushechnaya Street in the center of Moscow. Its creators are a young team in the restaurant market - southerners Ekaterina Krymskaya, Yegor Tokunov and Artem Dubin. Dmitry Gudkov (Aist, Cookareku, Colors, Salt & Pepper, Osteria Alberobello, Lambic) became the head chef of the establishment. The menu in SAPIENS turned out to be small, but capacious and trendy. In the author's menu dominated by Asian motifs. The design was implemented by the team of the architectural bureau of Anastasia Kasparyan GOLDEN HEADS.
