About

Moscow's First Scandinavian Restaurant Scandinavia restaurant opened its doors in 1995 just a stone through away from the city center next to Tverskaya metro station. Long before Scandinavian cuisine turned into a hot trend worldwide, we treated our guests to such mysterious dishes as gravlax and skagen. Both are still on the menu. For many years our goal was to introduce Moscow and its spoiled restaurant goers to finest culinary inventions Scandinavian countries have to offer. Scandinavia restaurant is famous for classic Nordic dishes as well as modern Scandic cuisine with a little Swedish accent. Our restaurant was the first one to bring to Moscow legendary Swedish meatballs with cowberry jam, rist to open a summer caf? and first to serve burgers! Not to mention that we made Muscowites fell in love with herring, aquavit and Swedish Christmas table. Located in the city center, famous Pushkinskaya Ploschad is only 50 meters away, with creative food made following finest European quality standards, English-speaking staff and friendly atmosphere, Scandinavia is a great solution for a business lunch, presentation, business meeting of any level and a celebratory dinner, as well as romantic supper or a party with colleagues.
