The self-explanatory name is determined by the historical heritage of its location. The Restaurant is situated in the very heart of Moscow near the Red Square, The Big Theatre, and the State Duma. The menu combines Russian homemade, Middle Eastern and, of course, Pan-Asian cuisine. You can also taste Georgian cuisine: Georgian cheese-pie (khachapuri), red lobio, chicken walnut sauce (sacivi) and many other masterpieces of homemade gastronomy. The concept of this place can be described as a fusion of a café and a restaurant occupying a large area with 220 seats. The restaurant and café are visually separated by an open kitchen with a coal grill and an open barbecue (charcoal grill) decorated with counters stylized with fish, meat, vegetables, dried fruits and a large display with different desserts.
