Ugolеk is the restaurant of Uilliam Lamberti and Ilya Tyutenkov. We would like to tell you about ovens we use to prepare food at our restaurant. These are antiquarian restored cast-irone ovens that were made in the USA in the XIX-the beginning of the XX centuries. These ovens were the heart of every house, hotel or even saloon. They were used for cooking, heating, people gave them names and for every oven a special design was created. All the dishes at the restaurant are made only in ovens or grilled, except some cold collations of course. Everything is cooked on firewood, that's why food has its particular flavor. Style of food is brutal and a bit retro, and also modern knowledge of product's qualities are used. The kitchen is headed by well-known already in Moscow and well proved Italian Dgiacomo Lombardi.
