Kvartira (or Apartment) 44 - is a brand rather than a chain - three cafes under the same name. Like members of a big loving family, they are alike but not identical. Among nice pieces of furniture, book shelves, old records etc. One feels at home, like visiting a grandma or favorite aunt. Likewise the atmosphere is friendly and easygoing with live music on some nights. Sometimes however, Friday nights shift into wild dance parties. The simple tasty food is affordable and the wine list - decent.
