The format of the institution is an aperitif cocktail bar, where the main drink is the aperol of spokes. It is always sunny and warm, regardless of the time of year. This is an art project and art space, as conceived by the architect Valery Lizunov. An ageless hero, the handsome David, is floating on the ceiling. In the end, the symbols of summer are the sea, the sun and the aperol of spokes! The strategy and design of the project is to dip all the guests in the summer!
