Magic Tablecloth :))) (Raw Food Magic/Wizzards, Skatert Samobranka) (Truly) Live organic food caf in the heart of Moscow. In our cafe we only use raw vegetable ingredients to make meals and drinks. Those are nuts and seeds, fresh and dried fruits, vegetables and greens, cold pressed oils and juices. We make no use of white sugar, wheat flour, eggs, products containing GMOs or food additives. All the meals are cooked at temperatures below 40 oC. In our work we are looking to conserve the vital energy charge the Nature has put into all her products of which we try to make something new, healthy and tasty. Our sweets and chocolates are of cocoa products made by low-temperature extraction and grinding of the raw beans. As for sugar substitutes, we use dates, honey and concentrated grape juice.
