"Varenie" serves true Novgorod's cuisine! It is home for town's guests and inhabitants. We follow ancient traditions: all the recipies are gathered from across the Novgorod land. We work with the farmers of Novgorod land, its hunters and fishermen, so only fresh poultry, rabbit, veal and mutton apperas on our tables! Vegetables and fruit, berries and mush - all that nourished our countyside for centuries. We sell sun-dried tomatoes, hand-gathered mushrooms, cucumbers and other wide variety of Novgorod fields' harvest! And of course home-made mead!
