What is 3 Etaj? We are happy to offer you food for soul, which we are preparing in front of you in cafe 3 Etaj. If you would like to have a cup of good Illy coffee with your friend, or try our famous Italian pizza with your family, or taste our home made deserts and cookies, or have a glass of wine on our open roof, then we are happy to see you! Good vibes and great music will definitely relax you and allow to just have fun :) Good news: now we have a broader selection for vegetarians, because we care for all tastes. How did the idea appeared? We are big travel fans, and while travelling around Europe and Asia, we came up with an idea to create a place in our home town Oryol which would be democratic and fun! During summer time we open our open roof space, so you can enjoy the sun and stars :) During winter time we have a Cinema Club, where we show cult films and pictures you won't see in cinemas.
