One of the coolest places to hangout in Vladivostok. The Culture Department - Anticafe on Svetlanskaya street. This place is the first of its kind in Vladivostok. Why is it called an anticafe? Because tea, coffee, and tea treats are all free; you can eat/drink as much as you want. When you visit you receive a card from a member of staff who scans it and you are free to do whatever. Available to you are a variety of games, puzzles, books, and a comfortable seating area. There is even an Xbox360/Playstation 3 and televisions. Oh, and of course, there is free Wi-Fi. The place is created for the sole purpose of lounging around and interacting with other people.
